Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of dialbridge.ai and to the services provided by Dial Bridge LLC ("Dial Bridge," "we," "our," or "us"). If you are a client, your signed service agreement ("Service Agreement") also applies. If the Service Agreement and these Terms conflict, the Service Agreement controls.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you use our services for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
2. Our Services
Dial Bridge sets up and runs lead handling for home service businesses. Depending on your plan, this may include a website, Google Business Profile setup and upkeep, Google Local Services Ads, consistent business listings, a business texting number, missed-call text back, a shared inbox for leads, quote follow-up, invoices and payment reminders, review requests, and related automation. The exact scope, pricing, and timeline for each client are set out in the Service Agreement.
3. Free Checkup and Estimates
Our free checkup, reports, and calls use public information and the answers you give us. Any figures, such as estimated missed jobs or revenue at risk, are estimates to help you plan. They are not promises of results.
4. Your Responsibilities as a Client
- Give us accurate business information and the access we need to set up and run the service.
- Respond to leads and jobs that the service passes to you, and keep job outcomes up to date where we ask.
- Review and approve the wording of automated messages, call scripts, and your website before they go live.
- Make sure your business may lawfully contact the people you ask us to contact, and that any required consent and notices are in place, including any required disclosure that a call or message uses AI.
- Follow the rules of the platforms involved, including Google's review policies. Review requests go to every customer, not only those expected to leave good reviews.
- Do not use the services for unlawful, misleading, or harassing communications.
5. Telecommunications Compliance
Calls and text messages are subject to laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, Do Not Call rules, state telemarketing and messaging laws, and phone carrier requirements. We set up our systems to support compliance, including opt-out handling, but you are responsible for the lawfulness of the contact lists, consent, and message content you provide or approve.
5a. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms
Program: Dial Bridge appointment and follow-up messaging. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring informational and marketing text messages from Dial Bridge LLC about your inquiry, call scheduling, and follow-ups, which may be sent using automated technology. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. AI Features
Some features may use artificial intelligence, such as AI-written message replies or automated call handling. AI can make mistakes. You set the rules for what the AI handles and what goes to your phone, and emergencies and unusual requests should be routed to a person. You are responsible for reviewing your settings and scripts and for any business decisions you make based on AI output.
7. Fees and Payment
- Fees are set out in your Service Agreement.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are billed at the start and are non-refundable once setup work begins.
- We may pause the service if a payment is more than 10 days late, after notice to you.
- Third-party costs that you agree to pay directly, such as ad spend or your domain, are separate from our fees.
8. Results and Guarantees
Results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, pricing, and how quickly you respond to leads. We do not promise any specific number of leads, jobs, reviews, or revenue. Any performance guarantee applies only as written in your Service Agreement, including its conditions.
Our website describes the Booking Widget offer: your first 3 leads are free, where a lead is a booked job or a customer who leaves their number. The terms shown when you sign up apply after that.
9. Ownership and What Happens When You Leave
- You own your business name, logo, content you give us, your Google Business Profile, your customer information, and any domain registered in your name.
- We own our templates, automations, software, and methods, and we license them to you while you are a client.
- If you cancel, on request made within 30 days after service ends, we will export your contacts and lead history in a standard file format, give you a copy of your website content, and help you transfer your Google Business Profile access and move your business phone or texting number where the carrier allows it.
10. Month-to-Month Service and Cancellation
Unless your Service Agreement says otherwise, service is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@dialbridge.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for any billing period that starts after you cancel. Fees already paid are non-refundable. Either party may end service immediately if the other materially breaches these Terms, and we may suspend service for non-payment or unlawful use.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party platforms, such as phone carriers, Google, messaging and scheduling tools, payment processors, and AI providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or decisions, such as a carrier blocking messages or Google suspending a profile, though we will help you respond.
12. Service Availability
We work to keep the services running at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS STATED IN YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT, OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIAL BRIDGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR JOBS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Dial Bridge against claims arising from contact lists, consent, message content, or business practices you provide or approve, or from your breach of these Terms or the law.
16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please contact us first at info@dialbridge.ai. Most concerns can be solved quickly this way. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, it will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in Bergen County, New Jersey, or by video. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.
Class action waiver: claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days after you first accept these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles, and by the Federal Arbitration Act.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before the change.
